Keyboard Maestro can read an apps menus so with a one key macro I can tell my apps to open as I want them, resize windows, and so much more. Sometimes an app wont open as I think it should with certain conditions or windows ready when I open it. It takes a little understanding to figure out a solution at times, but the forums on KeyboardMaestro have always weighed-in quickly with solutions to my questions.
